ABOUT ME

I am an Assistant Professor of Economics in the College of Business at Metropolitan State University of Denver. I completed my postdoctoral research under the supervision of the Foundations of the Market Economy Program and the Classical Liberal Institute at New York University. I received my B.S. in Business with a minor in Economics from The University of Colorado at Colorado Springs, and my Ph.D. in Agricultural and Applied Economics at Texas Tech University as a graduate research fellow under the Free Market Institute.  

My research interests include the political economy of public health and environmental economics, constitutional political economy, public choice, law and economics, welfare economics, and Austrian economics. My dissertation examined The Economics of Reform from a constitutional political economy perspective.
